Terms of sale

This is a translation of the Italian terms of sale. In case of doubt, the Italian version applies, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

1. Seller

RACCORDA3D products are sold by Vincenzo Marotta, Via San Biagio 21, 82030 Limatola (BN), Italy, email info@raccorda3d.com.

2. Products

Every fitting is designed and 3D printed to measure, according to the configuration chosen by the customer in the site's configurator (diameters, type of connection, bend, options). The material is PETG for indoor use or ASA for outdoor use. The fittings are intended for air (dust extraction, ventilation) and for water flowing by gravity; they are not suitable for gas, pressurised fluids, drinking water or temperatures above 60 °C, and they are not load-bearing or safety parts.

When available, the same fitting can also be bought as an STL file only, to print on your own 3D printer (see section 8).

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown are final; shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is made when ordering, through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered). The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.

4. Production and shipping

The fitting is produced after the order and usually shipped within 3–5 working days, to Italy, the European Union and the rest of the world, according to the country chosen before payment. Carrier delivery times are added to this.

For shipments outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price. Customs clearance times do not depend on us.

5. Right of withdrawal

As the goods are made to the customer's specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply, under Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. If it doesn't fit

If the fitting does not fit the pipes you specified, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and the measurements: we will reprint it free of charge with the correct measurements, once per order. This commitment is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not limit it.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, for defects that appear within 24 months of delivery. Problems caused by wrong measurements entered by the customer, or by a use other than the one described in section 2, are not lack of conformity.

8. STL files

The STL file is generated with the measurements chosen in the configurator, together with printing instructions (material, walls, support-free orientation), and is delivered digitally after payment, at the price shown on the site.

Permitted use. You may print the file for yourself, even several times. You may not resell, share or publish the file, nor sell parts printed with it.

Printing. You do the printing: the result depends on your printer, material and settings. For this reason section 6 ("If it doesn't fit") does not apply to files. If, however, the file does not match the measurements you entered, we will correct it free of charge.

Free files. The STL sample and the cone gauge we offer free of charge are a gift for personal use, under the same terms of use as paid files. The result of printing them depends on your printer, material and settings, and we cannot guarantee it.

Withdrawal. As this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). You are asked for this consent before payment.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence. Disputes with consumers fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence. Before anything else, write to us: we always look for a solution.
