Privacy notice

This is a translation of the Italian privacy notice. In case of doubt, the Italian version applies.

Data controller

Vincenzo Marotta, Via San Biagio 21, 82030 Limatola (BN), Italy, email info@raccorda3d.com.

What data we process and why

Orders. Name, email, phone, shipping address and the configuration of the fitting, to produce and ship the product and for tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe: we never see or store card numbers.

Free printed sample. Name, email, shipping address and your answer about what you would need a fitting for: we use them to ship the sample and to let you know when orders open. We share the address only with the carrier. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Free STL sample. Email, country and page language, to send you the links to the files and to let you know when orders open; the country helps us understand where interest comes from. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Waiting list. Email, configuration of the fitting and whether you are interested in the printed part or the STL file only, solely to let you know when orders open. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Configurator. The choices you make in the configurator stay in your browser (local storage) so you find them on your next visit; we do not receive them unless you order or join the list.

How long

Order data for 10 years, as required by tax law. The waiting list until orders open and in any case no longer than 12 months. Sample requests for 12 months after shipping, STL sample requests for 12 months.

Who we entrust it to

Stripe Payments Europe (payments) and Cloudflare (site hosting, order storage and visit statistics), which process it on our behalf as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, including for any transfers outside the EU. The carrier receives name, address and phone number for delivery.

Cookies and statistics

The site does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. Fonts and libraries are served from our own domain.

To know how many people visit the site we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not recognise you from one visit to the next: we only see overall numbers (pages viewed, country, device type and browser), never who you are.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@raccorda3d.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
